Phil Knott

Expedition Leader at Natural Habitat Adventures

Phil Knott is a seasoned professional in the field of wildlife conservation and education, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Scottish Steering Group for the Nature Friendly Farming Network since March 2020. In addition to this role, Phil has been a Lecturer in Rural Skills at West Highland College UHI since August 2018 and serves as Learning Centre Manager and Expedition Leader at Natural Habitat Adventures since September 2019. As a Co-Founder of Wildlife Croft Skye since October 2015, Phil has also previously held significant roles, including Senior Guide at Heatherlea Birdwatching and Ranger at the Scottish Wildlife Trust. Early career experience includes working as a Staff Naturalist at AIGAS FIELD CENTRE. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Plymouth, earned between 2002 and 2005.
