Alastair Hercus is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Commissioner at Toka Tū Ake EQC since March 2020 and Director at Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund since November 2022. With a distinguished career as a Partner at Buddle Findlay since May 1991, Alastair has advised on significant projects such as the drafting of the Cooperative Companies Act 1996 and the establishment of the Health and Disability Commissioner’s office.
