Alison Lodge

Alison Lodge serves as the Human Resources Director at the Natural History Museum since March 2020, following an extensive career in HR roles. Previously, Alison held positions at the Southbank Centre from February 2012 to February 2020, including HR Director and HR Manager, providing tailored HR services in collaboration with Directors. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Cancer Research UK from September 2010 to March 2012, where strategic partnerships with Directors and line managers were key. Earlier roles also include HR Business Relationship Manager and HR Advisor at the Barbican Centre from January 2005 to September 2010. Alison holds a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree from Durham University.
