Idan Weissben

Idan Weissben has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and people operations. Idan currently holds the position of VP of People Operations at Natural Intelligence, a role they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Employee Experience & People Operations at the same company from June 2021 to June 2022, and as the Director of Employee Experience & People Operations from October 2017 to November 2021. Before joining Natural Intelligence, Idan worked at Intel as a Staffing Consultant from May 2010 to August 2012, where they were responsible for managing the hiring process for design departments and providing consulting on hiring-related issues. Idan also has experience from their time at Cellcom, where they held the role of Team Manager (customer service) from December 2008 to May 2010 and Customer Service Instructor from August 2007 to December 2008. In these positions, they managed teams, achieved set targets, and provided training and development opportunities to employees.

Idan Weissben pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services & Communication from the University of Haifa from 2004 to 2007. Subsequently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organization Behavior and Human Resources Management at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2009 to 2012. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education for Conducting Negotiations and Managing Collaboration. In 2017, they furthered their education at Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education in the field of Labor and Employment Law.
