John Serafini

John Serafini is an experienced professional in the fields of policy analysis and environmental management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and previously as a Policy Advisor and Analyst at Natural Resources Canada since July 2020, John has contributed to the oversight of federal environmental assessments for major resource projects. Prior internships include working with Global Affairs Canada at the Mission of Canada to the European Union and earlier roles as a Junior Policy Analyst and Research Assistant in academic settings. John holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Carleton University, a Master of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Queen's University.
