Richard Gallant

Richard Gallant currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Planning & Operations Branch at Natural Resources Canada, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Richard held various leadership positions within the Department of National Defence, including Chief of Staff for the 33 Canadian Brigade Group and Director of Global Engagement. Richard's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Affairs from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor's degree in History from the Royal Military College of Canada, complemented by additional studies at Marine Corps University.
