Sharon Vien

Sharon Vien is an accomplished leader in human resources and diversity management, currently serving as the Director of the Office of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility at Natural Resources Canada since January 2014. With extensive experience in HR planning and analytics, Sharon has successfully managed various roles within both Natural Resources Canada and the Federal Government of Canada. Key contributions include leading workforce analytics projects that improved succession planning and performance management compliance, as well as implementing innovative HR strategies and programs across multiple agencies. Sharon holds a Human Resource Management Certification from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from Concordia University.
