Heather Bailey

NRCS Cultural Resources Specialist at Natural Resources Conservation Service

Heather Bailey M.A. is a skilled cultural resources specialist currently employed by the Natural Resources Conservation Service since October 2021. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a PTACRM Tech/Lab Assistant at The Research Corporation of the University of Hawai'i from January 2019 to November 2021, focusing on projects in the interior plateau region known as the Saddle. Previously, Heather gained extensive experience at Pacific Legacy, Inc. from March 2015 to January 2019, serving in various roles including cultural resource specialist, assistant archaeologist, and field archaeologist. Heather holds a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage Management from Johns Hopkins University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Hawaii at Hilo (2013-2015).
