Alex Hillbrand

Alex Hillbrand is currently the Technical Director for Industry & Emerging Technologies at NRDC. With a background in Physics and Energy Systems Engineering, Alex has held various roles in companies like Cosentini Associates and Paradigm Research & Engineering. Prior to that, Alex gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Maria Mitchell Observatory and as a Summer Instructor at The Independent Day School. Alex holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
