Devon Klemmer (She/her)

Devon Klemmer has extensive work experience in various roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Lifeguard at Camp Fernwood for two summers. In 2014, they became a Recreation Specialist at JCCA, a position they held until 2016. In 2015, Devon also worked as a Mental Health Worker at Four Winds Hospital for almost a year. They then transitioned to working as a Research Assistant at Organization and Governance Consulting, LLC from November 2017 to February 2018.

In 2018, Devon joined the Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC) as an HR Analyst, where they worked until January 2022. They then progressed to the role of Senior Analyst, People Analytics at NRDC from November 2021 to July 2023. Currently, they are working as the Manager of People Analytics at NRDC.
