Irene S Leung

Irene S Leung is a Senior Portfolio Manager at NRDC, responsible for global initiatives. Previously, Irene served as a Grants Manager at the International Rescue Committee, where Irene S secured over $12M in funding from various agencies and foundations. With a background in research and development, Irene has held roles at organizations such as Huairou Commission, EarthRights International, and Friends-International. Irene S has also worked as a consultant for the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts in Cambodia and The New School in various capacities. Irene holds a PhD in History of Art from the University of Michigan and an MSc in International Affairs from The New School.
