Kathryn Hobbs has extensive experience in legislative advocacy and program management within notable organizations. Currently serving as a Legislative Advocate at the Natural Resources Defense Council since January 2018, Kathryn has managed administrative operations, conducted research, tracked federal legislation, and drafted briefs on significant legislative efforts. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Program Assistant at the National Defense University, where support was provided to international student fellows, and as a Program Assistant for the University of San Francisco's Master of Arts in Urban and Public Affairs Program, promoting community engagement and social justice. Earlier roles included serving as a University Ambassador and a Legislative Intern for U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse.
