Kelsie Gomanie

Kelsie Gomanie is currently the Western Markets Advocate - Sustainable FERC Project at Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). Prior to this role, Kelsie worked as a Senior Analyst in Government Affairs at Invenergy LLC and as an Analyst in Government Affairs at Sunrise Movement. Kelsie has a background in environmental engineering and policy, with experience in project management, advocacy, communication, and sustainable operations. Kelsie has also held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as the United Nations Youth Representative at the Centre for Women's Studies and Intervention and as the Secretary and Community Service Chair at the Indian Students Association. With a strong academic background in mechanical engineering and sustainability, Kelsie has actively contributed to the renewable energy industry and environmental advocacy efforts.
