Kiashaye Leonard has a range of work experience in various industries. Kiashaye started working as a Marketing Intern at the National Museum of African American Music in January 2018, where they conducted research and maintained donor relationships. Kiashaye also handled artifacts from music industry donors. In October 2019, they worked as a University Relations Intern at Fisk University, where they developed a social media strategy, created radio ads, and produced a university commercial. From October 2019 to November 2020, Kiashaye worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Currently, they are employed as an Entertainment and Brand Partnership Assistant at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).
Kiashaye Leonard attended Fisk University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
