Margaret Brown

Margaret Brown is a Senior Attorney at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) since October 2011, previously holding positions as Staff Attorney and Legal Fellow within the organization. Margaret's legal experience includes an internship at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York in the Environmental Protection Bureau in 2010 and a legal internship at WE ACT for Environmental Justice in 2009. Margaret holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2004-2008). Margaret also completed education at Sidwell Friends School from 1997 to 2004.
