Nancy Watson

Nancy Watson has a robust background in development and foundation relations, currently serving as the National Director of Foundation Relations at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) since April 2007. Previous roles at NRDC include Regional Director of Development, Interim Chief Development Officer, and Interim National Director of Major Gifts. Before joining NRDC, Nancy held the position of Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations at the Chicago Zoological Society from August 1994 to March 2007, and served as General Manager at the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists from May 1988 to August 1994. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago, completed between 1983 and 1987.
