Glenn Ferguson began their career in 2001 as a Senior Consultant for I-SEC Pty Limited, a start up Crowd Control business. Glenn quickly grew the business from a small staff and client base to become one of the largest providers of Crowd Controllers in Sydney. In 2004, I-SEC purchased Halo Security and merged its staff and client base onto I-SEC's portfolio. In 2009, Glenn became a Director for Caboose Group, a company that identified potential in the hospitality and bar operations of major events, concerts and festivals. In 2010, Glenn became a Shareholder for Garden Brasserie Bar & Restaurant, a $600K project located in Neutral Bay. In 2012, Glenn became Director and CoFounder of Naturalena Brands, a company that specializes in natural tampons and pads.
