Sarah Dowzell, Assoc CIPD

Sarah Dowzell has been in the field of Human Resources for over a decade. In 2008, they began their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Marks and Spencer. In 2009, they started their own business, Cleaning Team, where they researched, developed and maintained policies to meet ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, carried out Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments to meet with best practice, and oversaw the whole recruitment process. In 2011, they took a break from employment. In 2012, they took on an internship at BACP as a Human Resources Intern, where they reported directly to the Director of HR & Customer Relations and completed day to day HR admin, supported the team, and took on specific projects. In 2013, they became a HR Officer at Circles Network. In 2010, they co-founded Natural HR and served as COO, where they developed a system capable of meeting the needs of multi-site companies. In late 2015, they raised investment, formalised business growth plans, and opened an office in Birmingham City Centre.

Sarah Dowzell attended John Willmott School from 1999 to 2006, Sutton Coldfield College from 2007 to 2008, the CIPD from 2011 to 2012, and the University of Derby from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Business Studies.
