Katy Oakley is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at Nature since August 2022, Katy has held significant positions such as Strategy Director and Digital Strategy Manager at Ivy Street Agency from April 2018 to April 2022. Other notable roles include Marketing Manager at Optima Healthcare Group Pty Ltd and Head of Marketing at Pro Bono Australia, where Katy also worked as Digital Marketing Manager. Katy began their career at ThreeByOne as Assistant Brand Manager and at BIG Consulting as Client Services Manager. An earlier role included Graphic Design at RACV. Academically, Katy holds a Bachelor of Communications with Honours in Advertising from RMIT University, a Master of Marketing from Monash University, and a CIV in Design from Brighton Bay.
