Merel Oostveen

Merel Oostveen is a Business Development Manager at Nature Energy since September 2023, focusing on green gas project development and asset management in the Netherlands. With extensive experience at Shell since October 2014, Merel has held various roles, including Commercial Manager for Renewable Natural Gas, Business Advisor for technology and future assets, Researcher for hydrogen, and Technologist in Turn Around Pearl GTL, demonstrating expertise in project management and international collaboration. Merel began a career in engineering with a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Science and Technology from both Delft University and Leiden University, and has also held teaching and leadership roles in educational and student organizations.
