Benoit Pauchard

Benoit Pauchard brings extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Directeur régional for Nature et Découvertes since December 2001, overseeing 15 stores in the Grand-Est region. Prior to this role, Benoit held various positions within Nature et Découvertes, including directeur de magasin and internal coach, notably leading the company's second-highest revenue-generating store in Lyon. Earlier career highlights include serving as Responsable Univers Nature at Decathlon France, where management of a 9-person team was key, and working as a journalist for Le Sénonais Libéré. Benoit holds a Master 2 in Management from IAE Lille, along with degrees from Université Bourgogne Europe and IUT Le Creusot in business management and marketing. Additionally, Benoit has been a certified team coach and trainer at Haute école de coaching since March 2015.
