Phillip Kilbridge has been working in the non-profit sector for over 20 years. Phillip started their career as a director at the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce, before moving on to lead Rebuilding Together Oakland and the Charles River Conservancy. In 2005, they became the CEO of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, where they oversaw the organization's affordable homeownership, financial literacy, and neighborhood revitalization programs.
In 2009, Kilbridge joined the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California as a member of its Board of Directors. Phillip served as the board president from 2013 to 2014.
Kilbridge is currently the President & CEO of NatureBridge, a non-profit that partners with schools and youth organizations to provide environmental science programs in national parks across the United States. Under their leadership, NatureBridge has served over 500,000 students and educators.
Phillip Kilbridge graduated from Junipero Serra High School before going on to earn their BA from University of California, Davis in Phillip'story and English. Phillip then went on to obtain their MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University. After working in the field for several years, they decided to return to school and earned their Executive Program in Non-Profit Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Most recently, they completed a fellowship with Coro Center for Civic Leadership in Leadership in Public Affairs.
