Allison Stibrick is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand development and strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Brand Development at Naturepedic since November 2024, Allison previously held positions at Renovation Brands, where contributions as Director of Brand Marketing and Senior Manager of Brand Growth led to successful rebranding initiatives and a substantial revenue increase. Earlier experience includes roles at Naturepedic as Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager, Blue Star Design as Social Media Manager, and The Adcom Group as Social Influence Coordinator, among others. A graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, Allison has demonstrated a strong ability to drive brand strategy and enhance organizational marketing functions.

Naturepedic began when founder Barry Cik could not find a truly safe crib mattress for his first grandchild. He and his sons set out to create a safer product that parents could trust: the Naturepedic organic crib mattress. There are no harmful or questionable chemicals in any of Naturepedic’s products, such as vinyl/PVC, perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), phthalates, or adhesives.
