Amanda Wales

Amanda Wales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and operations. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Nature's Fynd since September 2022, Amanda oversees a comprehensive customer experience program that includes customer support, community engagement, and strategic infrastructure development. Prior to this role, Amanda held positions at Evolve Security as Operations Manager and Academy Operations Associate, as well as at SPACE Architecture + Design - STL as Office and Marketing Coordinator. Amanda's career began at Aerotek, where responsibilities included VMS Delivery Specialist and Technical Recruiter. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre History, Literature, and Criticism from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 2015.
