Erica Sladky

Erica Sladky is an accomplished Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Eat Just, Inc., specializing in the design and scale-up of cell culture processes within the Good Meat division since August 2022. Previously, Erica held senior process engineering roles at MycoWorks, IPS-Integrated Project Services, Intrexon Corporation, and Novozymes, where responsibilities included managing product quality improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and generating critical process design deliverables. Earlier roles involved significant contributions to enzyme manufacturing and environmental engineering projects. Erica holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and has furthered education through courses at Laney College and Yale University.
