Jason Roberts has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the field of Human Resources and recruitment. Jason has held positions such as Sr. Director, Human Resources at NSP, where they oversaw team compensation and improved HR people operations for a global health & wellness company. Before that, they worked as Sr. Director, Team Member Experience and Services at Venafi, where they created and implemented global strategies for total rewards, leadership development, facilities, and people operations. Jason also worked as the VP of Human Resources at Xi3 Corporation, overseeing full-cycle recruiting and HR functions.
