Carl Dawson

Carl Dawson has extensive work experience in various finance and commercial roles. Carl currently holds the position of Head of Finance at Natures Way Foods since September 2022. Previously, they served as the Commercial Lead - Business Development & Strategy (Europe & Africa) at ZX Ventures from August 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as the Revenue Management Lead (Europe & Australasia) at General Mills from September 2018 to August 2021. From 2015 to 2018, Carl worked as a Revenue Management & Commercial Finance Consultant for various companies, including Lucozade Ribena Suntory, General Mills, Britvic, Danone, and Mars. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Kerry Foods, including Manager, Revenue Management & Commercial Projects, Commercial Finance Manager, and Commercial Accountant. Carl began their career as a National Account Manager and later worked as a Marketing Finance Business Partner and Logistics Finance Business Partner at PepsiCo. Carl started their professional journey as a Management Accountant at ADP Dealer Services.

Carl Dawson obtained a BSc(Econ) degree in Economics from the University of Hull from 2003 to 2006. Carl also earned the ACMA, CGMA degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they obtained the additional certification of Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA CGMA) from CIMA.
