Caitlin O'Day has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Caitlin began their career at General Mills, where they held several positions ranging from Business Management Associate to Product Sales Manager. At General Mills, they gained expertise in customer account management, trade management, and business planning.
After their time at General Mills, Caitlin joined Nature's Way in 2017 as a Trade Marketer, where they focused on AVN, catalog management, and volume forecasting. Caitlin later became the Amazon Team Lead, overseeing AVN, catalog management, and AMS strategies for all Nature's Way brands.
