Katlin Rubens

Katlin Rubens has a diverse work experience in roles related to supply chain management, procurement, capacity planning, and inventory control. Katlin currently works at Nature's Way as a Supply Chain Project Manager since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as a Procurement Manager from June 2021 to May 2023, and as a Senior Capacity Planner/Inventory Leader from November 2018 to June 2021. Before joining Nature's Way, Katlin worked at Kimberly-Clark, where they held various positions including Senior Planning Specialist from April 2017 to November 2018, Strategic Material Planner from November 2015 to April 2017, Planning Specialist from October 2013 to November 2015, and Centralized Materials Planner from May 2012 to October 2013. Katlin also has experience as an International Sales Intern at Oshkosh Corporation from November 2010 to June 2012, and as an Inventory Control Intern at Schwabe North America from May 2010 to August 2010. Katlin holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
