Kristen Doster

Kristen Doster has extensive work experience in the field of product development and scientific research. Kristen is currently employed at Nature's Way as a Product Development Manager, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, Kristen worked at Henkel, where they served as a Senior Scientist from July 2017 to July 2018 and as a Scientist from October 2015 to July 2017. Before joining Henkel, they worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as an Associate Scientist from August 2012 to October 2015. During their time at The Kraft Heinz Company, Kristen played a key role in developing and launching a successful beverage innovation that generated over $35M in revenue. Kristen also collaborated with cross-functional teams and external manufacturers to develop various formulations and progress products through qualification and launch. Kristen's experience in processing technology, flavor profiles, and coffee types was crucial to their role at The Kraft Heinz Company. Prior to that, Kristen worked as an RD&Q Intern at Kraft Foods Group from May 2011 to August 2011 and as a Product Development Intern at Schwabe North America from May 2010 to August 2010. At both companies, they worked on researching, developing, and evaluating new products.
