Melinda Ripley has extensive work experience in the sales and account management field. Melinda started their career in 1994 at Colgate Palmolive, where they worked in sales for four years. In 1998, they joined GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Products as a Senior Account Manager. Melinda then moved to GSK in 1999, where they held multiple roles, including Drug Wholesale Account Manager, Key Account Manager for Kmart, and Customer Sales Manager for Kroger. In 2016, they joined Snyder's-Lance, Inc. as a National Account Manager and stayed there until 2019. Melinda then worked at Campbell's Snacks as a Customer Sales Lead from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Melinda is working at Nature's Way as a National Account Manager.

Melinda Ripley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from Bowling Green State University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993.
