Paul Napolitano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Paul started their career as a Certified Principal Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where they taught classes in Microsoft Office and other software programs. Paul then became a Microsoft Certified Trainer and System Engineer, instructing Microsoft Official Curriculum classes and earning certifications in Windows and networking technologies.
Moving on, Paul worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at the University of Michigan, College of LSA, where they managed a large number of Windows servers and provided technical documentation and training to departmental administrators.
Paul then joined Universal Music Group, first as an Account Analysis Manager, analyzing the effects of marketing drivers and optimizing assortments to increase revenue. Later, they became the Director of Business Analysis, collaborating with label Vice Presidents to develop accurate forecasts for new release projects.
Currently, Paul is working as a Business Analytics Associate Manager at Nature's Way - Schwabe North America. In this role, they develop dashboards to track key performance indicators, leverages data and analytics to monitor brands and categories, and provides actionable insights for marketing, category management, shopper marketing, and sales strategy initiatives.
Paul Napolitano holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Category Manager and a Certified Professional Category Analyst from the Category Management Association in April 2017 and March 2017 respectively.
