Scott Brady

Scott Brady has extensive work experience in the field of product innovation and development. Scott started their career in 1998 at Geon Formulators Group, where they worked on eliminating Polyols from various applications and developed innovative products. Scott then joined Edan Naturals in 2002 as a Product Development Manager, responsible for developing internal and externally produced products. In 2007, Brady moved to Nature's Way Brands as a Technical and Product Development Manager, focusing on developing new technologies and establishing functional processes to support innovative thinking. Scott later became an Innovation-Technology Manager, identifying new opportunities and managing the development process. Currently, Brady holds the position of Senior Manager of Product Innovation at Nature's Way, where they identify new technologies and manages partnerships to support the growth strategy. Scott also works collaboratively to develop a long-term roadmap aligned with the corporate strategy.

Scott Brady attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Chemistry/Math. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2008, they completed a certification in Film Coating Technology from Colorcon®. In 2009, they obtained a certification in Scientific Report Writing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. In 2011, they completed a certification in Leadership Essentials from Saint Norbert College. Scott'smost recent certification, obtained in 2014, is in Enhanced Confections from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is worth noting that they also have a certification in Technical Writing from UW-Green Bay, although the month and year of completion are unknown.
