Tracy Kruhoeffer has a diverse professional background and a strong focus on data analysis and strategic planning. Tracy started their career as a Promotions/Marketing Intern at Clear Channel Radio in 2008, where they coordinated station promotions and managed on-air contests.

In 2009, Tracy worked as a PR/Sales Intern at New Video, where they conducted market research and explored marketing/sales outlets for upcoming films.

Tracy then joined Kimberly-Clark in 2010, initially as a Customer Inventory Analyst, where they managed inventory levels and collaborated with supply chain teams. Tracy later became a Business Partner Analyst, creating forecasts and analyzing marketplace trends.

In 2013, Tracy worked as an Account Executive at Catapult Marketing, where they served as a client liaison and managed promotional programs.

Tracy then joined HJ Heinz in 2014 as a Senior Sales Analyst, and was later promoted to Category Manager, overseeing sales performance within specific categories.

Tracy joined The NPD Group in 2015, where they served as an Account Manager, distilling data into client presentations. Tracy was later promoted to Director, where they coached direct reports and developed strategic relationships with clients.

In 2019, Tracy joined Amazon as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for managing a cohort of sellers and developing growth strategies. Tracy then transitioned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, taking on roles such as Senior Strategy & Planning PM and Training & Certifications Strategy & Operations.

Currently, Tracy works at Nature's Way as a Sr. Consumer & Market Intelligence Analytics Manager, focusing on consumer insights and market analysis.
