Dean Taylor

Dean Taylor currently serves as Chief of Staff at NatureSweet since April 2025, where the focus is on the people behind the produce. Previously, Taylor held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. from January 2010 to March 2025, overseeing notable brands in the gourmet greenhouse industry. Taylor also worked as Interim General Manager for the Americas at BerryWorld from September 2018 to February 2024, successfully launching a berry division in partnership with a prominent UK brand. Earlier career experience includes roles as Brand Manager at Genmar Holdings, Inc. from November 2006 to January 2010 and as Owner of Freedom Marine Sales from September 1994 to November 2006. Taylor completed the Produce Executive Development Program at Cornell University in 2013.
