Crystal Chojnowski

Crystal Chojnowski has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Crystal is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at NatureWorks since April 2022. Prior to that, Crystal worked at Conagra Brands as a Human Resource Manager from August 2014 to April 2022. Before joining Conagra Brands, they were a Human Resources Generalist at GE from April 2011 to August 2014. Crystal also worked at GE Water as a Human Resource Specialist from August 2008 to April 2011, where they supported the North American Supply Chain Leader and their staff members in various HR tasks. Crystal'sresponsibilities included best practice sharing, policy and procedure implementation, and HR metrics analysis. Crystal began their HR career at Bobcat Company, where they served as a Human Resource Generalist from July 2004 to August 2008. In this role, they provided support for a manufacturing site with high growth and change management initiatives, focusing on employee relations, policy development and enforcement, and collaboration with the operations management team.

Crystal Chojnowski completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1999 to 2002. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Capella University.
