Rahul Rasal

Rahul Rasal, PhD, MBA, currently serves as Vice President, Commercial at NatureWorks, beginning in November 2023, where responsibilities include global oversight of Marketing, Sales, and Product Management. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Commercial Manager at ExxonMobil from August 2017 to November 2023, where management of over $1 billion in chemical product procurement supported Polyolefins, Fuels, and Lubricants businesses, as well as leadership of the Americas Rigid Packaging & Recycling Business. Additional positions at ExxonMobil include development manager roles in Polypropylene and Vistamaxx, and various technology roles at 3M from 2011 to 2017 across multiple business sectors. Educational achievements consist of an Executive Leadership Program from Columbia Business School, an MBA from Rice Business, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.
