Vorakant Punyahathaikul

Vorakant Punyahathaikul began their work experience with an internship at SCG in 2018. In 2019, they joined SCGC - SCG Chemicals as an Aromatics Operation Engineer, where they worked in the Aromatics production department. Vorakant later took on the role of Supervisor attached to Vice President Office - Olefins Business and Operations for a brief period. In 2021, they transitioned to the position of Production Engineer at SCGC - SCG Chemicals. Currently, in 2022, Vorakant is working as a Production Engineer at NatureWorks Asia Pacific LTD, where their responsibilities include fermentation, lactic acid downstream, by-products, utilities, maintenance, and safety in the Lactic acid plant at the Nakhon Sawan Biocomplex.

Vorakant Punyahathaikul attended Chulalongkorn University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they completed various courses and training programs. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Basic Fire Fighting from NPC Safety and Environmental Service. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Safety Officer at Supervisory level and Safety Officer at Management level from Rayong Safety Association. Vorakant also received a certification in Integrated Management System Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2015), obtained from MASCI - Management System Certification Institute (Thailand) in 2022. Moreover, in 2019, they acquired certifications in Hazardous Substance Control Supervisor and Hazardous Substance Handler (Chemical) from NPC Safety and Environmental Service. Finally, in 2021, they received the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC-CoC) - ISCC Internal Auditor certification from Petorson Projects & Solutions.
