Antoine Bily

Antoine Bily is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in culinary naturals and ingredients, currently serving as Director of Culinary Naturals & Ingredients, Director of Naturals, Taste & Wellbeing, and Director of Integrated Solutions at Givaudan since January 2019. Prior experience includes a prominent tenure at Naturex, where Antoine has held several key positions since June 2006, including VP Science & Innovation and R&D Director, overseeing a global R&D team while managing product lines across Food, Nutrition & Health, and Personal Care. Additional roles include US Technical Director and Nutrition & Health R&D Manager, along with earlier experience as an Analytical Chemist and Postdoctoral Researcher. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Biology from the University of Pau and Adour Countries in collaboration with the University of Ottawa, and a Master's in Plant Physiology and Agronomy from Université de Rennes I.
