Carlos (Zhihong) Su has a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, with experience as a Quality and Food Safety Technician at Royal Canin from August 2019 to August 2020. Prior to this role, Carlos contributed as a General Worker at Compass Group Canada from June 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included working as a line cook in a high-pressure kitchen environment serving over 400 customers daily. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from McMaster University, completed in December 2021.
