Monica Haroon

Monica Haroon has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Monica started their career as a Human Resources/Recruiting Generalist at NATURIUM in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund as a Senior Manager and later as a Manager in Career Services from 2020 to 2022.

In 2018, Monica joined JustFoodForDogs as an HR Recruiter and later took on the role of Recruitment Coordinator. Monica worked there until 2020.

Before their time at JustFoodForDogs, Monica was a Recreational Specialist at the City of Bellflower from 2015 to 2020. Monica'sresponsibilities included supervising children, organizing events, and performing office tasks.

Monica also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Downey Cardiovascular Medical Associates in 2016 and as a Human Resource/Lean Six Sigma Intern at UCI MEDICAL CENTER in the same year.

From 2012 to 2017, Monica Haroon attended California State University, Long Beach. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
