Kristen Morich

Kristen Morich has been working in the operations field since 2002. Kristen began their career as a Quality Control Technician at Kobo Products Inc. in 2002. Kristen then moved to Coty in 2009 as a Fragrance Specialist. In 2011, they began working as a Fitness Instructor at You and I Fitness. Kristen then began working as a Production Planner at Triangle Manufacturing Company in 2012. That same year, they also began working as a Kickboxing Instructor at CKO Kickboxing. In 2015, they joined Clean Beauty Collective Inc. as a Senior Manager, Operations, where they managed, trained, and mentored personnel and direct reports through department restructure. Kristen also handled supply chain management/purchasing/planning functions for 7 major brands including the signature brand's pending relaunch. Additionally, they established and implemented a stocking level program that has been decreasing monthly inventory value by ~3% per month and increasing inventory turns while keeping a healthy stock level. In 2019, they joined Naturopathica Holistic Health, Inc. as Vice President Operations and Executive Director Of Operations.

Kristen Morich attended Rutgers University from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication, General.
