Marcus Reed

Marcus Reed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and technical infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Sr. Desktop Support Engineer at Natus Medical Inc. since September 2005, Marcus oversees desktop infrastructure and engineering tasks to ensure optimal system functionality. Previous roles include Desktop Support Engineer at LAN Service Group Inc. and Technical Support for Sony Computer Entertainment of America, where high-volume customer support was provided.
