Rob Ascher

Rob Ascher is a Clinical IT Sales Engineer at Natus Medical Incorporated, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Rob spent over 20 years at Mayo Clinic, where roles included IT Senior Support Analyst, Programmer/Analyst, Help Desk Technician, and Document Imaging Clerk. In the role of IT Senior Support Analyst, responsibilities included level 2 and 3 support for various medical specialty systems, advanced troubleshooting of technical issues, and interfacing with multiple EHR/EMR systems. As a Programmer/Analyst, expertise was focused on Internal Medicine specialties and managing software updates for the ProVation Endoscopy system. Rob holds an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville, completed in 2005.
