Conny Groot is an experienced professional in communication and campaign management, currently serving as Communicatiemanager at De Rijke Noordzee since March 2019, focusing on biodiversity in offshore wind farms. Concurrently, Groot works as Campagnemanager at Natuur & Milieu, where efforts are directed towards fostering sustainable economies in collaboration with businesses and government entities. Previous roles include Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Sponsorships at Natuurmonumenten, where responsibilities entailed increasing revenue and creating impactful partnerships. Additional experience includes corporate partnerships and fundraising at Stichting Natuur en Milieu, as well as senior account management at Plan Nederland. Conny Groot holds a Bachelor of Health, Food, and Marketing from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed further studies in Corporate Social Responsibility.
