Lander Wantens is currently serving as a Celhoofd projecten and Coördinator wetlandplan at Natuurpunt, working towards restoring 1000 hectares of wetlands in Flanders by 2028. Previously, lander worked as a Projectcoördinator at LIFE wetlands4cities and as a projectmanager climate at milieuboot. lander also held positions as an Educator at GoodPlanet Belgium and as a dossierhouder at OVAM. Lander holds Bachelor's degrees in landschapsontwikkeling and milieuzorg from HOGENT and Erasmushogeschool Brussel, respectively.
