Roman Heill

Roman Heill is an experienced professional in SAP and data management, currently serving as the Head of Public Business at Natuvion since September 2025. Prior to this role, Roman held various significant positions at WienIT GmbH from April 2017 to September 2025, including Head of SAP Security & Datenmanagement, where responsibilities encompassed SAP S/4HANA Cut Over Management, Data Migration, Security, and Information Lifecycle Management. Roman also contributed to Wiener Stadtwerke Holding AG as an SAP HCM Consultant, and prior to that, at DXC Technology, roles included SAP HCM Consultant, Project Manager for Individual Software Development, and Consultant/Project Manager. Early career experience includes participation in the HP Graduate Programme and project management at EFS Business Consultancy Co., Ltd. Roman holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from FH Wiener Neustadt and attended Northumbria University for additional education.
