Mike Jetson

Mike Jetson is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at NatWest Boxed since November 2022, Mike has also led talent acquisition efforts for Mettle since January 2020 and held pivotal roles at NatWest Group, including Head of Recruitment for Bó. Prior experiences include senior advisory roles and management positions at notable firms such as Funding Circle UK, Experian, iKas International, Hays, and Harvey Nash. Mike's leadership has consistently driven growth and strategic development within talent acquisition functions, underpinned by a strong foundational education in English Literature from Lancaster University.
