Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at NatWest Boxed, Pang has previously held key positions at Mettle as a Technical Lead and Deliveroo as a Software Engineer, where expertise in data analytics and machine learning was developed. Additionally, Pang's diverse background includes roles in project management and business intelligence, emphasizing agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making. Pang holds a PhD in Novel Approaches to Molecular Assembly in Organic Photovoltaics from Imperial College London and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
