Tom Bentley

Tom Bentley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Growth at NatWest Boxed since December 2022, Tom is instrumental in developing the commercial function and go-to-market strategy for a major joint venture focused on embedded financial services. Previously, Tom held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Vodeno, contributing to the company's global expansion and the establishment of a 'Banking as a Service' platform. As Sales Director at Thought Machine, Tom drove revenue growth across Europe and successfully launched the company's SaaS service. Additionally, Tom spent nearly a decade at Temenos, progressing through various roles in sales and business development across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Tom holds a First Class Honours degree in Political Science from Cardiff University and an International Baccalaureate from UWC Atlantic College.
